She is thorough and focused to maximize our time together on days with showings— it was exactly what I needed to get my bearings at first glance. Mantena and Hudson Crossing were a total treat! All the units— though the 2BDR and 3BDR are maybe stretch goals, the studio and 1BDR are more my speed. The thoughtfulness of Angel to have units lined up matching my criteria across both Mantena and Hudson Crossing was stellar and encourages me to refer other prospective home owners/renters to use her in the future. "Recently moved out after two years of occupancy and the landlord illegally retained a portion of my security deposit for "cleaning and painting" and refuses to return it. Landlords are only legally entitled to retain security deposit funds to cover damage above "ordinary wear and tear." There was no damage in my apartment and the landlord has identified none. Aside from this issue, when I moved in, the apartment was filthy. Mold in the bathroom sink and tub, mold in the rubber seal of the washer, the floors were covered in debris, and there was some sort of mysterious gunk in the kitchen cabinets/drawers. Worst of all, the bathroom tub was clogged. Despite reporting the clog numerous times and someone allegedly fixing it, it never really went away. They would come clear some superficial clog, but there was clearly a deeper problem that no one seemed interested in fixing, despite my numerous requests. Additionally, I was never, in my two years there, given a key to access the gym, despite assuring me I would get it. Finally, there always seemed to be something broken. The hot water went out with no warning for prolonged periods numerous times, as did the air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. I've lived in numerous apartments, for longer than I lived in the Mantena, and have never had such issues, and this is supposed to be a new building."

"Lived at the Mantena Apartments for about one and a half years. My rating would be higher but the management did not return our full security deposit. No explanation was given as to why they kept $500. When we asked repeatedly, we were told that they had to do painting and cleaning. We were flabbergasted at this. Living here especially on top of a grocery store was great but we are leaving feeling less than satisfied."

"I've lived here since Sept 2016 and I love this place. Management have always been very accommodating of lifestyle/pets/guests etc. The staff are super friendly, Nick handles maintenance with super quick and friendly service, the roof terrace is awesome. The gym and lounge are a little on the small side but it's a smaller property. I'd add that the other residents are lovely, quiet and respectful."
