"The Avalon Bowery is an excellent choice for Manhattan living. The building and its staff work hard to ensure a luxurious experience daily. Andy, the doorman, is the epitome of strong hospitality. He brightens the days of the tenants and gets to know everyone's names. The rest of the doorman crew is also phenomenal. Jerry - the super - and his staff labor around the clock to maintain the building. For example, Chris gets to know the tenants and will follow up on issues in their apartments when he sees them in the lobby. The whole team doesn't rest until they resolve issues for the tenants.
