Management has not addressed the problem - even though I have complained for the past months. I am also not given any notice of when it will be complete, though I have asked. I would not move into this building if you need to be home during the day."

"I have lived in the Caledonia for almost a year. While the building and views are beautiful, I have been highly disappointed. There has been constant construction ongoing during the pandemic in the apartments surrounding mine. Given my office has been closed and I am working from home, I have been listening to drilling and hammering nonstop for the past 8 months (from 9am to 4pm daily). I have complained and the staff has said there is nothing they can do about it. In efforts to comprise, I have asked that they give me notice for when the construction is going to occur (particularly the drilling), so I can work from the business center, but they have constantly failed to do so and show an unwillingness to hold the contractors responsible for the loud noises."
