The Forge

"The Forge is an incredible community - we could not possibly recommend it enough! We recently moved away from New York and were super sad to leave the Forge. The staff is hands down the best part of the building. It was so nice to come home every day to friendly faces and they always went above and beyond. Maintenance is shockingly fast and accommodating, package delivery was always reliable (they know all the delivery guys and the staff from the other buildings on the street), and the management office was always prompt and helpful whenever we had a administrative question or issue. It is very clear that the entire staff is passionate about providing a great living experience. Amenities are great, views are phenomenal, and the interior design of each unit and the amenity spaces is very thoughtful. The apartments feel very spacious and have lots of inconspicuous storage space. The gym and pool are always immaculate and well maintained. The building also hosts events each month that are really well done - lots of great music, food, and drinks. If you're looking for an apartment in LIC, there's only one place to look!"

"Absolutely incredible. Cleanliness, location, storage space and layout, the rooftop and the amenities are top notch. Moved in here 3 months ago with my wife and we are very happy about our choice. Only downside is that 2BRs seem to be rare and hard to get, but nothing that impacts the rating! Best part of the building is the staff: helpful, always friendly and patient, can highly recommend this place!"

"If you’re considering apartments in this area pick the Forge! Don’t hesitate. I lived here for 3 years and had to move out because I’m moving to a different city. This is definitely the best luxury building in this area with awesome service and community. Special thanks to Angel, Ben, Andy, Rob and Miriam! They definitely made this community feel like home and it was great to have them in my everyday life. Great amenities and there are always fun events going on! Will move back if I come back to nyc in the future."

"I recently moved out of The Forge and I cannot recommend it enough. The apartment was always clean, with elegant decor and top-notch maintenance. The soundproofing between units is also solid as I never heard my neighbors. Additionally, The Forge is conveniently located close to three different subway stations. Jackson Ave is full of food options and to top it off, a Target just opened nearby. One of the highlights of living here was the sense of community. The Forge has fewer units than some of the other high rises in the area, but it was the fantastic events that the staff organized that brought everyone together. The other residents were always friendly and welcoming, and it felt like a great place to call home. I also wanted to shout out the hospitality of the entire team. The concierge greeted you with a smile and any maintenance issues were addressed promptly. They really went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend The Forge to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained, and welcoming place to live. Thank you to the entire team for making my time here so enjoyable!"
