"Well, the leasing people really screwed us over when it came to renewals. The rent increase was massive since they quit covering the 421a charge which is outrageous, but that's nyc. Daniel has and always will be the best service manager/super that ever existed in my 16 years in the city. The doormen are all extremely nice and always good for an interesting conversation. We hate the new roof curfew of 9:30pm but we do love living in this building and we'll be sad to go because we can't afford a two bedroom here, most likely."
