"Great location and very new construction so it’s hard to go wrong in that regard BUT honestly what made this place stand out was Annette Beatrice. From the get go she was easy to work with and had such positive energy, she really sold it. I also have to give credit to Nick the super for being so helpful and bending over backwards to make sure his tenants are happy, what more can you want?! :D Also a shoutout to rest of the crew for always providing the red carpet treatment, thank you: Antone, Constantine, Richard, Albin, Victor, and anyone I forgot to mention.. ty!"

"I lived here for two years and the construction noise was non-stop. we thought once the building next door went up it would be over. it was not. HSBC across the street and TD bank downstairs are always finding something new to tear down. The gym is on the second floor and you can hear as high up as the 6th floor some one dropping weights. The staff however is top notch. the super is incredibly responsive and the doormen are the best"

"I work here and don’t believe Jomkenya. Yes there was loud construction with the building next door and around the block. This area is in a transitional period. The building next door is complete and that has put an end to all the construction. Plus the road outside was recently paved. Best time to move in is now."

"I love living here. The doormen are great. The super is very responsive. The management company cares. The location is ideal if one works midtown and if one has a need to get to laguardia and jfk in a hurray. And the building is about one year old, so it's clean as a whistle. I just re-upped for another year."
