Parc 77 Apartments 50 West 77th Street, Manhattan, New York 10024

"I lived here for two years. The doormen and porters are great but dealing with management is a nightmare. It took them awhile to fix a leak in bathroom and the end result was the picture I posted. If I did not have a gym membership I would have had a place to shower/ clean up that was safe from debris and mold. Now that have moved out I was grossly overcharged for a cleaning fee since I did not choose their service and a paint fee for a scuff on the lower wall. Great location but management is terrible. For that reason I suggest looking elsewhere. Update: 12/15 they have not returned my security deposit and it’s been over a month."
