"Very nice building, friendly staff. However one need to be ready for 10-15% rent increase each year, even if markets rates in the area as well as available units in the building are lower. Current residents are “punished” for being loyal tenants."

"I am very satisfied with my overall experience at The Ashley. I have lived here for 2.5 years in a one-bedroom since I moved into the city. I never had issues with utilities, residents, or staff. The apartment is always clean and well-maintained. They recently renewed the carpet, and the hotel-like hallway looks even more luxurious. This apartment has an 18-inch deep bathtub, which was a must for me. Good location, but it takes about a 10-15 mins walk to the closest subway station. Several grocery stores nearby, and walking/running along the Hudson River park is always nice. The gym is fabulous and has everything you need. No rooftop, just a courtyard. What I liked the most was the overall peaceful residential environment. The building is not so big and does not face a busy street, so it is quiet and feels very home and cozy. I highly recommend this apartment."
