"We've lived at the Lexington going on 14 years. In the past, service has been very good. For some time now, though, response time for repairs have declined, with the exception for emergencies. We waited months to get replacement window blinds and now have been waiting several months to have our clothes dryer repaired or possibly replaced. We are paying for this service!"
