"Nov 25th 2023 my mo. Paid for a 13 day stay and I went to check in and the lady said we need a card on file for insadentals.so I called dmy mom via phone and her and I had questions. Because we asked a few times cause we did not understand the young lady refused to let me check even though my mom agreed to fill out the needed forms. The staff named tag said property Manger and she was a light skined African American young woman but very rude and should not be management.She lost the company over 1300.00 in profit"

"Was falsely accused of smoking in the room. Tiana the manager stated she had photos of me in the room smoking. ... "in the room" as if they had a camera in my room... when I asked to see said photos she flipped thru a binder for a second and then said " I don't have time for this" and never produced such photos. Then called the cops on me.. poor poor poor service and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Horrible hospitality and supposedly they have camera in the rooms.. complete disregard for privacy even tho she couldn't show me said pictures. Mighty concerning and should be investigated"

"Room was OK, but it reeked of tobacco smoke -and it was a non-smoking room. The motel was full and they couldn’t move us, and they did not offer to do any cleaning or deodorizing. They just refused to help. Bit of a dump - expected more from a $183 room."

"We set up a room block of 20 rooms as a secondary room block for our wedding over Labor Day weekend 2022. Ultimately, about 20 guests stayed there. The hotel passed out our gift bags and coordinated with our shuttles. The staff was consistently very nice. And the coordinator, Leah, who we worked with was responsive. Only good things to say! We felt very lucky they had a room block cancel and that we were able to reserve with them!"
