"Tubs are painted with wall paint the grass is full with dog feces mold coming through the walls and infestation of all kinds of insects that comes through the floors. Be careful not to walk on edge of pathways cause they are broken and uneven. When I moved in the apartment, looked at beautiful the following year it came crashing down and they don’t like to fix stuff or should I say they don’t know how to fix things"

"I use to live there and I hated it! There was mold growing everywhere, seriously! Mold was growing all on the walls, windows, closets, and back of the main door. The heat was never turned on, I had to turn on the oven for heat throughout the day. I complained about the mold to Charlie which is the super and he did nothing! He told me to wipe it down with bleach. Oh and a lot of the people that live there do drugs/alcohol including the super. I lasted for a few months and had to move. I was not living there with my child. Do not move there, you will regret it!!"
