"Terrible experience living here 3+ years in a mold infested apartment, every basement apt is likely to have some type of mold, mines was black and green mold on the walls and windows, causing bad oxygen to breathe and constant headaches, it destroyed all my furniture and property owner does not care about your well being DO NOT move here especially if you have kids it’s not worth it, anyone can paint over mold and call it new."

"The apartments are spacious maintenance is always friendly they have good move in specials. I love my balcony. I'm not happy with how the neighborhood is going down there are police here quite often from neighbors fighting. There are quite a few families who don't care if they throw debris all over many people don't clean up after their pets kids and grown-ups swearing. People driving in with their music blasting it's going downhill fast."

"The people here are really nice and Maintance responses quickly and effective. If there’s a problem they will get to your apt in a good time. The dog policy has to be more effective with the dog owners they’ve to pickup their mess. The people here are really nice. The laundry room is clean and there’s no problem getting your laundry done."

"I enjoy living here at the Hyde Park Heights. My apartment overlooks the a creek and I enjoy how it feels like a country setting. The property manager Izora Jones is very professional. She addresses any issues I may have regarding my apartment. The maintenance crew John and Al always respond quickly to any problems I may have in my apartment. They are a good team and work tirelessly to address any issues."

She will work with you on any tenant issues that may arise. The Maintenance Department always responds in a timely manner. John and Al take great pride in their work in order to achieve excellent service to the tenant. They are dependable and hard working. All in all, a great community to live in."
