West End Lofts, located at 2 Liam Drive in Beacon, New York, is a unique institution designed to support and nurture artists in their craft. The project is focused on creating a strong sense of community among residents, taking advantage of the thriving artist community in Beacon.

The artist units at West End Lofts start at $715.00 per month for a one-bedroom and $855.00 for a two-bedroom, while non-artist units start at $1,099.00 per month for a one-bedroom and $1,315.00 for a two-bedroom. The building is LEED-certified and offers amenities such as on-site laundry, a superintendent, and a management office. Additionally, there is space provided for resident artists to display their work.

There are three common rooms available for residents to use, including a community room with shared computers, Studio A for performance practice space, and Studio B as a shared artist space. The Artist Certification Committee reviews applications to ensure that potential hazards or noise levels will not adversely affect neighbors or the public.

Once certified, artists can rent a loft at West End Lofts by submitting a completed application as a PDF binder.
