"TLDR: I wasn't Paul's customer but of all the places I inquired, he was the kindest, most responsive, and helpful in trying to help me get my phone fixed Full Story: I've been shopping around to try to get an LCD fixed but struggling to find someone who can deal with Chinese phone brand Redmi. I called and inquired at a few other places either weren't at the shop during opening hours, didn't reply to the quote request "because they couldn't help". Or simply said "No." Zero warmth, no pleasantries, no service etiquette, no apologetic tone etc. Kinda rude at times as well and just straight-up dismissive. (Looking at you ACV and Cellular 4 Less). Even if someone is not your customer in that instance you should still provide them kind and gracious service by at minimum, apologetically turning them away ie Sorry we can't help you with that. Hope you can find someone who can! Or try to help ie make a recommendation. Because they will remember you put human connection, kindness, and helpfulness above all else. So thank you Paul for a short but brief exchange and your recommendation to another provider who could possibly help! While I might not need your services now, you will be at the top of my list for when I do or when anyone else I know needs help! Trust is founded on relationships and kindess is the first step! "Had Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Needed battery replacement. Samsung people in NJ claimed they " didn't have parts for that phone anymore". Youbreakifix stated they didn't carry those parts either and only used their parts anyway. Called Paul and he assured me he could not only obtain the part but could do the job. Dropped the phone off and Paul had it ready in less than 1/2 hour. Will call on him for phone issues in the future. Courteous and friendly. Not a bad price either. Highly recommend."
