"WARNING!!!! FIRST TIME CUSTOMER Receptionist is extremely rude. Refused to allow me to even speak to the mechanic. ‘He’s busy’ (its been THREE DAYS) Spoke with them on four different occasions of what work i wanted done, over a period of two weeks. she refused to let me speak with the mechanic each time, then when I came in with my car, had no interest in listening to what i wanted done. Got my suspension replaced against my better judgement and is now making more noise than before and she still refuses to let me speak to the person who actually worked on my car. Spent $590 and I havent spoken a word to the mechanic. She then quoted me $600 for a $200 part and 10 hours work and $1200 for a job that takes no longer than 2-3 hours. Also they burnt out my clutch. Was slipping only slightly when i brought it in, barely made it home when returned to me. My car is now worse than when I brought it in. And I still haven’t spoken to the mechanic once. Terrible service. Dont go. Fire her."

"I've got two Honda vehicles. I've been researching a mechanic that specializes in Honda so I can get away from the horrible high dealership servicing prices! This mechanic is great, former Honda technician with reasonable prices and most importantly honest work! I'm glad to get away from the high prices of dealership servicing and find a competent knowledgeable mechanic who knows how to keep a Honda running until 300k! Love that I don't have to keep track of the servicing. Ask about their computerized system so you don't have to keep track of everything you've done in the past just like your local dealership"
