"It has been difficult to get in touch with this plumber. I was told to call back about an issue with my water heater that caused the water to smell. No one picked up or returned my call even though I tried multiple times. My father also tried to call about a different issue. The call was dropped in the middle of the conversation, and the plumber didn’t call back. It would have been more courteous if the plumber had simply said they weren’t available instead of asking us to “hold” or “get back in touch”."
