Reviews
"Hill court apartments is a horrible place to leave in. It smells awful, like mold. There's water leakage in the basement. The management is lazy and incompetent. They allow the workers to drive around all day without actually doing anything productive or fixing the place. During the winter its impossible to get someone to properly clean your driveway and if your car isnt stuck on snow its stuck on ice and if you call, they say they cleaned but they didnt. The owners have mismanaged and treated this place badly."
"This place sucks, I would not recommend this place to no one. Had no heat, called the office they blew it off, called again they blew it off, called after work emergency line, and the on call guy asked me what was the temperature in side which was 58 degrees and outside it was 15 degrees. So the guy showed up 1 hour later and turn the water valve on and my apartment went up to 80degrees. He said I'll be back tomorrow to fix it. That was in February. Today is may 2, the guy never came back. The temperature was 84 degrees outside today, in my apartment is 90 degrees. I'm done calling the office. I'll be moving out soon when my lease is done which Is in 2 months."
"You can hear the subpump running constantly, the apartments feel old. The old cranky people living there are the real problem. Good parking and pulled a bit away from traffic and noise though."
"It would be great if it was really worth the money. I love how they plow the snow at like 9am last year and almost had me and my wife lose our jobs or how they threaten to take you to court if you are 3 days late on rent and also kick you out without your deposit. I get paid biweekly so not every check will land on the day you want to. The only lady I respect is the young lady who showed me and my wife our current apartment and the older guy who runs the matainance team. Oh and the basement has flooded way to many times for comfort."
"I lived here for 4 1/2 years never once complained about anything and I go to cancel my lease and they end up charging me an extra months worth of rent. The woman in the office was not nice at all or by any means sympathetic. I've had issues with my building previously that were never resolved such as broken equipment. Our whole building once went without a dryer for over two months before they decided to finally replace it. Also I have experienced that when your lease renews they charge different tenants different amounts; for example, raising one person's rent only five dollars and another forty five. In addition to all of this they also like to screw people out of their security deposit. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
