"The office manager that is in the office during the day is mean and has no people manners, she has a disposition like a wet noodle, she needs to be nicer to the people that go into the rental office and that ask her for rent applications and about the townhouses. Will be posting this on Facebook and looking else where to rent townhouses in Greece. Very disappointed."

"They are a scam.. applied for 2 people and a co-signer they said it’s a $20 per person for application.. has to be a money gram $60.. they never called the listing is till up as available.. they are taking peoples deposits with fake apartment posts on Facebook.. even talked to the lady in the office she knew exactly which post I was talking about! She is in on this scam and should be reported to the police.."

"Reviews below are hilarious regarding the front office and maintenance. My 5 star rating comes from 6 years of residing in the same unit at Valley Brook. September 2016 to now, have been a blessing as I have had very minimal issues. Maintenance is no different from other properties so those comments are even more hilarious. However, Kane is PHENOMENAL! He left for some time and have return. He's very knowledgeable of the property, polite, patient and communicates but also human especially when so much needs to be completed in one day. I love my day time maintenance verses the weekend (on call) team. Saying that to mention, for the 1st time ever my circuit breaker went allowing NO POWER in my home except my daughters room. This happened on a Saturday at 4:55pm and was told by the on call it won't be able to be looked at until MONDAY! It was graduation weekend with only 1 hotel available for $300/night. Let me tell you, after hunting down the front office manager and letting her know, SUNDAY before heading out for church my power was restored. The office manager Ashly is dope and this is not a paid review!! For the parking, okay, yes most households have 2 vehicles and others don't. Needless to say, parking is parking and we do NOT have stickers like other places to identify renters verses non renters. During the winter time it's ugly but the PLOWs have to get through so TOW zones are definitely ENFORCED. The tow guys actually are polite when they do come out to allow you opportunity to MOVE your vehicle by ringing the doorbell. I recommend this place because 1200 sq. ft. for the cost is a steal compared to MANY other properties. Negative comments are not always BENEFICIAL because you have to consider the source. Down on my block of the townhomes we have nothing but GREAT things to say, to each their own, but these TOWN HOMES are worth every penny! My kindergartener knows no other place but Valley Brook. The only reason to consider moving out next year (if we do) is EXPANDING my family but I will miss this slice of heaven. "Maintenence men are required to notify you 24 hours before entering your premise, that never happens. They are allegedly supposed to come in every month to do a thorough inspection, all is my security system showed was the maintenence crew entering my property NOT doing an inspection that is required the only inspection my own installed cameras showed was the crew inspecting and STEALING about 200 dollars worth of my belongings. The perk of renting is having maintenence men DO the maintenence that u basically pay for in your rental PRICE, they will not fix ANYTHING you will go without before they think about entering your apartment to actually do their job, they'd rather just go shopping in your apartment for anything they please to help their selves to. Debbie seemed so nice at first prior to me moving in EXCEPT for the fact that she lied to my face in regards to basically everything about my lease. When I did my walk through with DEBBIE prior to moving in with her my window In my kitchen was broken, my freezer did not work, my light fixture in my wash room was broken, bedroom door would not shut, door handle on the bathroom floor fell off during our walk through, oven was busted, and patio fence is so lose it will fall over on someone the next wind storm I have.i was told that everything will be fixed before I move in and absolutely nothing was fixed and still has not been fixed. Do not move in here you will regret signing a year lease and it's very hard to get out of a lease especially when you have a slum lord."

"If I could give negative stars I would. I applied on Monday for a townhome. I was upfront and honest about my credit and what marks were on it. I was told there were ways we could still get accepted that if we have a co signer or first last and sec dep. so we paid the NON REFUNDABLE $40 application fee. We received a letter on Wednesday stating we are denied because of our credit. This letter was dated on Monday. Debbie knew we would get denied and still took our money. Do not apply here they are scam artists that put a sweet smile then take your money and laugh behind your back"
