"Seems like a empty building and not welcoming...... barbershop blasting music doesn't care about people sitting in hallway on the phone or in conversation...... there no front desk for check ins or for directions..... in all should be redone and fixed to run and look like a official office building"

"The building itself is fine and the many businesses within have been wonderful. The parking lot is usually overflowing and street parking is hard to get. Unfortunately, there are loiterers making the parking situation worse and the walk to the building a bit of a hassle."

"Never ever a place I feel safe. Unfortunately, I had to bring someone in need here and as always the experience was awful. There really should be at least two guards on duty here at all times. I don't suggest sending anyone in this building unaccompanied."

"I work in the building. It's pretty clean, besides the 5th floor bathroom, lots of nice businesses, ibtook two stars away bc the heat only comes on 3 times a day and our office is freezing and it's bs."
