"Villager apartments Linda manager on staff is so unwelcoming and disrespectful. I don’t know where they find these rude managers in charge at .I’m a single mom of color she is white of course . Rent is pretty high but as a young woman I can afford. She recently took over her position and because we haven’t met in person I pay on time never late , we meet and because I can afford to live here it’s a problem. I also have a friend who resides at 478 South St who has been dealing with mold since December and Linda claims , they won’t fix anything because she ran a humidifier that caused the mold. My friend has never ran a humidifier, poor management won’t fix it and my friend has a one year old no wonder why he gets sick all of the time . Linda claims they won’t fix it , so if you ever run into Linda RUN."

"I’ve lived in the villager apartments for 2 years and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. I’ve had a mold issue since December 2021 and the bare minimum was done up until I stopped paying my full rent. The maintenance men are wonderful people and try their hardest to fix things but it’s the miserable woman, Linda, who is terrible. She’s very disrespectful and unprofessional. My apartment still has mold activity growing and my walls are super wet. I was told many different things as to why this was happening but.nothing has resolved my mold issue."

"I love it here. Fabulous staff, and maintenance. Bldgs well maintained. Common ares's are kept clean. Utilities are low due to great insulation and new I Windows. Management is great too. This is my 2nd time living here, if I didn't like it before why would I go back!! I should have never left!"

"Landscaping not provided,Maintenence is nice,friendly,over worked due to no fault of their own, difficulty contacting leasing., no pool insight leasing & leasing management is difficult and fisty,unprofessional at times,received a document stating my rent will only be 500 due to unsaticfacry rugs,3 days lateri had a new document taped to my door stating I must pay remaining late fee plus $50 dollars,complaints and whining when work needs to be done.holes in 2 ceilings at minimum in 2 other appartments I know of because their my friend's and the leading excuse is the man who does these type of jobs was fired so holes are getting larger due to neglect.garage was promised to me because people who rented my apartment prior to me had one turns out they moved out and are telling me I'm on a list that they will not provide me a copy of and the person who moved out of my apartment is still in possession of the garage even though I told them I needed it to put bikes n other heavy outdoor items dye to the severity of my spine! Small children run loose mess with my landscaping that I played for in front of my bldg because they neglect n do not remove wears,replace n remove rotton bushes,lay grass seed fresh rocks or wood chips all the do is now and not very well! The area where pool is should have been replaced by other entertainment and was not.you cannot reach high err r supervisors we do not have access! The positive points are location,my neighbors and seeing the deer n other animals and its quiet.current management claims they bought to many properties too abruptly and that is why they are selling these properties I heard they owned for less than one year and many people I have talked to that have been here 10 or more years and up to 25 years say this current management is running the property downwards thus is also my opinion n I have not been here that long but I have had negative exsperiences since I have resided here which is clearly mentioned throughout that rating if I did not like the quiet,animals,woods,and neighbors this property would have obtainrd 0 stars yesterday eve I spoke to a woman whose lived here 25 yes and she placed her hands into praying position as I inside my head have done myself simply hoping the new owners make this property more enjoyable by changing the above bad experiences and then some.in addiction I took screen shots of current website claiming to be updated just 2 wks ago and websites states bueatifully landscaped, not true took pics of all area of neglect it is not our duty to landscape but we do because they dont,basic cable stated on their website is false,pool is false,hrs of property manager is quite inconsistant by far!!!!!!"
