"I’ve lived here for a year now after needing to get out of a bad situation at my former building, very nice 1 bedroom apartments, affordable and take Section 8, great maintenance staff, neighbors are quiet and are either friendly or keep to themselves for the most part. Accepts cats, used to accept dogs but no longer does, but there’s at least 1 or 2 tenants with dogs that are respectful. Clean building and apartments with no infestations aside from fleas once and bedbugs some neighbors had once, cockroach free. Happy here overall, much better than my last building. It’s also close to Transit within walking distance and is great if you don’t drive like me. At this point I’d probably only get out of here in a body bag!"

"They are very responsive for emergencies. But if you are a non smoker person don't move here. People don't care and smoke inside the building including the landloard (that dosent care either). He has been told us that he will bring no smoking sgins and nothing happen. Last time people smoke cigars inside, the building was under smoke and the neighbors turn off the light of the hallway for me that I cant see the smoke. I have to go outside to take fresh air. It's disapointing. Also, they told me that snow removal was included and no body came to clean today. The only people that clean the sidewalk its the neighbors."

"I moved in because I needed a place fast and they accepted pets. Since then I've had several building owners. My rent has gone up an insane ridiculous amount."
