"I was DENIED a room that I paid for, for no reason what so ever. I booked the reservation, paid for it, and upon my arrival was told that I cant have the room. Not only that, he wouldn't refund me. Completely unacceptable. I have reached out to Corporate. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!"

"Outside access doors do not lock. We had a transient in our room when we went to walk into our room. Took forever to get someone at the front desk to check in. Just never ever going back to this place again"

"First impressions say a lot! Upon arriving at 9 PM, the man at the front counter assisted us in the check in process was rude! (He asked to see my ID and I said do you need it out… his response was “ID, ID, ID, I need ID” in a very loud and rude tone. Completely unnecessary. The room itself was pretty run down… chairs have stains, the door lock for the adjoining room was broke, dirty spaces, the shower current has splatter of who knows what all over it and the duvet cover had some foreign matter in it. Beds are not comfortable! It’s a non-smoking hotel yet wreaks of smoke. I was able to get the door to lock after much play and moved the stand before the door because my children were a little freaked out. Breakfast offered is a hot waffle, yogurt, some pastries, and cereal. Coffee is available. Close to Niagara Falls attractions and right along a retail shopping strip."

"For a bargin price, this spot really isn't too shabby. The rooms aren't impressive, the coffee in the room is terrible. However, they are within 5 miles of dozens of restaurants and breweries, 30 minutes to Niagra Falls, and they allow dogs. This place was a last minute attempt to get a room. Easy check in and out. The exterior does do not lock. They don't have elevators. Out room door had locking issues that was addressed. Be sure to follow me for over 13k Google contributions"
