One of my top priorities when choosing a place to live was safety, and this complex truly delivers. The security measures in place, like access-controlled gates and a vigilant staff, make me feel secure at all times. I can focus on my studies without any worries. Amherst police patrols the area from 3-5 am as well. The amenities here are fantastic. I absolutely love using the pool. It's a perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of classes. The pool area is well-maintained, and it's a great spot to socialize with neighbors and friends. As a pet owner, finding a pet-friendly apartment was crucial for me. This complex not only welcomes pets but also provides a yard for my dog to run around in. My furry friend absolutely loves it here, and it's wonderful to have such a great space for them to enjoy!!!"

"The apartments are so modern and comfortable. I love all the amenities they have like the pool and the fitness center. The Starbucks machine is so convenient. Apartments also come with stylish furniture included, which made the moving process so much easier and saved me so much money. The community assistants have also been really friendly and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I'm definitely happy with my decision to live at Block20."

"Living at Block has been a breeze! -Fully furnished apartments that I was able to personalize -24/7 gym so I could catch a workout late at night and use the fire pit for smores whenever! -Accessible study rooms with free printers which is pretty cool -Friendly and responsive staff, they've always helped me, especially the maintenance manager Juan! -Relaxing resort-style pool that is perfect for tanning and watching the sunset! -Private bathrooms so no fighting w roommates! -Spacious apartments for comfortable living, ive been able to change my room around multiple times! Block 20 truly has exceeded my expectations!"

Yerlene, one of the front desk employees, is always high energy and ready to take on any obstacles that comes her way with a smile on her face. Maintenance team are always on point. The best of of them all is the manager, Sumin. Always putting others first. He has made sure my room and apartment is tip top and my roommates couldn't agree any more. Pools temperature on point and clean. Can't wait for the hot tub. Fire pit during the nights are very welcoming."
