"WOW! My first time staying here today. I stayed at all brand name hotels around UB for the last two years, and this is the best (most spacious, cleanist, functional, modern, etc.) hotel by far. I am kicking myself for not staying here for the last two years."

"I work for AAA, everytime I have to come out from Syracuse to Buffalo, for work or even for my own pleasure, I always recommend this hotel. It's clean, staff is friendly and do not tolerate loud and obnoxious guests. I have stayed here on multiple occasions and have always had a great experience. It's not a 5 star hotel but clean, affordable, convenient and updated enough to where, in my mind, it qualifies as such."

"Even though I'm an IHG Diamond member, this was my first time at a Candlewood and we thought it was superb. Our experience with the Front Desk and the hotel staff was excellent. Friendly and professional; we couldn't ask for anything more and far better than many of the higher end IHG properties we have stayed at including Voco or Crowne Plaza. Be warned though they are currently doing some refurb so please keep that in mind. Not sure when it completes. It was no issue for us though. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"We had a very pleasant experience here. The receptionist was very accommodating. They did not have a room with two queen beds as per our reservation but then she gave us two rooms with a queen bed each. Despite on a holiday long weekend, they were able to accommodate our extended checkout as we had kids with us."
