In regard to the apartment and common areas they are perfectly maintained. I could not be more pleased with my decision to move into this building. I honestly could not say enough! I intend on staying a very long time. As well, the other residents are very friendly and enjoyable. It truly is a wonderful experience and place to call home. Again Jenna just goes above and beyond what one would expect."

"The lady in charge is a freaking lunatic. One minute she has things available the next she doesn't. She seems sweet, but the woman is a huge liar. My parents spoke to her for me and she told them I harassed her. She's crazy and it's extremely overpriced. Don't do it."

"This is a hotel and apartment building. You might have an apartment, but your next door neighbor might be a transient. No guarantee of parking, because this is really a hotel. Hotel guests preempt permanent residents because they can get $200 a night for a room. If the landlord's son doesn't like you they will try to kick you out."

"We were in town visiting family, came up from Tucson Arizona, enjoyed our stay very much! the office staff was extremely awesome and helpful and did anything that we asked for. Definitely will recommend anybody to go. what we enjoyed most of all was we could walk to Niagara Falls! If you need a place to stay you want to be close to everything definitely stay here!"
