"Lived here since 2017. First person in my new apartment when it was built. Overall, I've had zero issues. The staff is always very attentive to every need I've ever had. Solid communication and always received emails of upcoming events or maintenance inspections. Always pretty quiet and chill around here."

"Too loud! Too loud! Too loud! You’ll have tenants above you and you’ll know their entire life. They have a contracted maintenance crew who will wake you up every night during the winter with snow removal and salting. They arrive anywhere between 3AM and 4AM. Heavy equipment outside your bedroom window was insane and the third management team in my two years there ignored me when I called about it several times. This maintenance crew would show up in the middle of the night when a dusting of snow was out there. One time, they started snow removal early in the evening and left only to return in the middle of the night. In the summer, they’d be out there at 7 in the morning on a Saturday with heavy equipment to mow the lawn and blow away debris. One time, a memo was sent out to tenants asking them to not play ball with your dog in the apartment because it is disturbing the tenants downstairs. It’s just too loud to live there and Rane Properties could care less about it’s tenants. At the end of our lease they wanted two-months notice which they got, but they couldn’t even be bothered to spell our names correctly on the form they wanted filled out. Two days later the maintenance man and a helper show up unscheduled to do a check on the smoke alarms. That’s what we got after two years with them, no returned phone calls, no right to peace and quiet in my home, and intimidation after we signed the 60-day notice to quit the lease. BTW, management says they sent emails to tenants about the inspection, but that’s a lie. The buildings are nice, the apartments are small, but nice and the pool is a waste since they invite tenants from other properties to use it…when it was open. If you love yourself and your family don’t move here."

"I have lived here at Clifton Heights for over a year and love it! After looking around for awhile and visiting several other apartments in the area ,this was by far the best! It is modern with up to date amenities and well taken care of. This includes the landscaping and grounds in general. The staff here is amazing! The manager Chris and Asst. Mgr. Vanna have gone beyond my expectations when it comes to service. They are super friendly and are always available to help you. Also, I need to mention Ron the maintenance supervisor who is a master at fixing just about anything! Now, during the pandemic, communication has been excellent with residents safety always first. I would definitely recommend living here!!!"
