"Only reason one star is there is no option for 0!!! Don’t not stay here. Place is absolutely filthy from the floors to the ceilings and the walls. Broken toilet and sink did not empty either. Never been so disgusted in my life. Barely slept I was worried about bedbugs. Owner could care less too. Absolute grossness. Tried posting pictures."

"Very very disgusting. Holes in the walls and a threshold made out of duct tape. The bathroom sink was held up with a stick. My boyfriend and I walked in and immediately booked a different hotel because of how awful it was. The walls and floor were very gross so we didn’t look much further than that before leaving. When my boyfriend went in to give the key back and tell them we wouldn’t be staying, the owner cussed him out."

"The worst of the worst. Builds a palace for themselves as a "Business expense" and segregates rooms half renovated to DSS clients w/o room service and the other half renovated with room service. Smoke, mildew, non-operable refrigerator, holes in the wall, no heating ventilation air conditioning system. Do not stay here if you respect your health. Bills the county $110/day-170/day. I slept in my vehicle elsewhere. You could not pay me to stay in the room that was offered. Fauslly claimed the room that was offered was, "the only available room" while the entire parking lot was empty."

"I booked this hotel because I was going to see a game at the Buffalo stadium and I wanted something that was within walking distance First I want to say, this motel was 2 miles from the stadium, not 1. Online it said it was 1 mile away.. it took 40 minutes to walk to the stadium! I would not recommend walking, I would park half way then walk. I read many reviews before coming and I’ll say I was really concerned and worried. For that reason I came fully prepared.. bed covers, bug spray, towel, my own blankets pillows and sheets. I actually didn’t think it was too bad. It seemed “clean” and by that I mean there was no trash anywhere, the bag in the trash was brand new, nothing left in the fridge or microwave. There were a couple burn holes in the sheets, and the furniture wasn’t that great, the toilet was a little wobbly.. but it wasn’t anywhere near what I was expecting from other reviews.. I’ve stayed at worse places. Also the heat did work for us which I was worried out because of other reviews. I did end up using my own bed ware so it really wasn’t bad at all. If you are coming for 1 night and only need to sleep there then just come prepared and bring your own sanitary stuff. I didn’t shower or anything but they did have towels in the room. The place was quiet, I’m not sure if it’s because it was raining that nobody was outside but I didn’t think the area was bad at all. I also was very friendly to the man at the desk because I read all the horror stories and didn’t want to end up having a problem , he was fine with me he just asked if we smoked to go outside. He also ended up giving me a room with 2 beds instead of the room with 1 queen bed and I was happy with it."

"The family owner that keeps the place is very very rude. No consideration for anyone, bugs in the fridge, mold in the shower, bathroom sink was leaking they told me to put the garage can under the sink. They don't give you towels, you can not cook in the rooms. He will call Hamburg police on you, he will threaten to put you out after he already got paid for the room. Terrible stay!!"
