"I was having such a hard time picking out materials for a house and pool patio. It can get so confusing with so many choices in stone. I asked if someone on staff could help me. Karen quickly called me back and set up time immediately for the next morning. She was SO helpful and knew exactly what style I was looking for and addressed all my color concerns. She was extremely helpful and definitely has a designer's eye. I have already recommended her and Astro to friends and family. My biggest mistake was not setting up this appt with her sooner! The project that was stressing me has now got me excited again :) Thanks Karen!!"

"Horrible customer service, I was going to be a future customer but I wont be any longer. I went in on weekday morning around 10, looking inside the showroom. Karen approached me (avoid all Karens! Ha), I was looking for something specific she helped for a few minutes until another customer came. If you cant help/direct/assist and be patient with me then dont be in sales! I went outside to see the products she disappeared with the other customer, finally some other worked helped and I chose between 2 products she came back and said she would look to see if the manufacturer has the products in stock she said she’ll give me call tomorrow. Tomorrow happens no call, a few days later no call! I had to call myself to follow up. Unprofessional employees and customer service. You dont run a business like this, I took my money else where."

"This company is featuring a stock photo from Cambridge which is my patio in NJ which was install by a NJ company. I loved my patio the first year but each year the Cumberland Brown patio “floor” stone peels horribly. Cambridge has done nothing. The patio looks like it’s 20 years old and it’s now only 4. Cambridge used my patio as their centerfold in their catalog but look at what the patio stone looks like now! Horrible product. So disappointed."
