"Called three plumbers this afternoon in the order they appeared in google. I got machines on the first two, WTS was the third, The women who answered the phone was was very pleasant. She took my details and said she’d call me right back. She called about 10 minutes later and said Walt would stop out in a couple hours. Walt showed up as expected and fixed the faucet quickly and at a fair price. Plus he didn’t make me feel too stupid about all the things I tried before he arrived. They will be my first call next time."

"Was quick to come replace our water heater. Asked about fixing faucet handle on shower. A month later the heater was acting up and it took weeks to get back to us. I understand there were health problems. Waited patiently meanwhile having to ration showers and dish washing. Not a huge deal. Scheduled day and time and multiple cancellations. Some with a call and some were no call no shows. He did make it out and fixed the heater and started on faucet handle with cutting through the closet wall. Said needed other parts and it's been two months and heard nothing. We've really had it with calling constantly trying to get it done."
