"DO NOT USE! 3rd party to home depot. Took 6 weeks to get an installation that was promised within 3 weeks. No one called to notify me about delay. When I called in, office staff was RUDE. When the glass came, it wasn't the size I was expecting. Became a floating spray panel, NOT what person that came to measure showed me. When I called to speak to owner JACK, he hung up the phone on me, not once but twice. He claims I was speaking while he was speaking so he hung the phone up on me. I simply told him to call me back after he speaks to the person that took the measurements. I am beyond disgusted and will be seeking full refund."
"I ordered a shower door thru Cancos, who totally screwed up the order. Barbara at Trio East handled my frustration and angst calmly and professionally, and persisted in following up, and communicating. The door is beautful."
