"I’ve been going here for years now. My go to is Wendy for my nails. Everyone else is very good at what they do."
"They left my nails medwY and left telling me thwy qill be back in two hours"
"I have told them on multiple occasions, "do not cut my cuteticles" and they always try to do so anyway. During the last session the technician was rushing and she cut my skin and it was bleeding a lot. Days later the skin around my nails were peeling profusely. Not to mention she did not cover my full pinky nail with the nail polish. Below are pictures taken a few days apart. There is a young lady that works there that has done a good job in past, which is the reason I gave 3 stars, however the other technicians are not as good in my experience."
"I walked in asking for a regular mani and pedi, techs asked if I wanted gel, I said no gel. I picked an Essie color and the tech that was assigned to help me said that this bottle could not be used on my feet which I thought was strange. She directed me to the section that had the polishes in the individually packed boxes. I stated again, I do not want gel and she said "ok it's the same". I do not have much experience going to the nail salon so I just trusted the tech. I noticed she kept telling me to put my hand in the light, but I already told her i didn't want gel and she kept saying "it's okay, it's okay". The polish had air bubbles and hair from the towel. After two hours, I was being charged $48 for a service I didn't ask for (regular Mani is $12, Pedi $20). The lady applied gel to my Mani that I specifically didn't ask for. She didn't speak much English so I took it as a language barrier/ miscommunication. I would have just ignored it and paid the $48 but what I didn't appreciate was the other three techs that sit towards the first tables got up close to me and basically said it was all my fault and that I should have known better and that I cannot leave but to sit back on the chair to remove the gel and put the regular polish on. All in all it was a very aggressive and uncomfortable situation they created and I will never be coming here. Here are some photos I took as soon as I walked out..."
"If anyone needs their nails done I wouldn’t advise them to come to this nail salon. I came in Bc my nail broke and wanted a silk wrap on three nails. While she was filing my nails she was filing my cuticle area too hard I told her it hurted but she goes no and I’m like no what I’m trying to tell her she’s filing my skin I left it alone just trying to be keep the peace I go home and my nails starts blistering up and I am a cosmetologist little did she know. So I go back to tell show her my nail she never offered me a refund or a discount for messing up my hand Bc come to find out I have a paronichia from what she did. On top of that she took the polish off to check the nail to make sure the whole nail was not infected so she insisted me get a polish change it’s not a big deal this is what she’s saying but when I left I felt like I got played honestly. Bc she charged me again for the polish change and I tipped her again. Now I’m hoping my nail will be alright bc these things can really do damage and take a while to heal. Another thing my nails look so sloppy she can’t even polish correctly or even apply acrylic to the nails it’s uneven and just horrible. How is this salon even open. And one more thing she even got on the phone when I came in and I know she was gossiping about me and even laughing. And she sends me to the Mexican girl who works there to fix her mistakes smh. This nails salon be empty for a reason ."
