"This one was hard because they’re so nice but my job here is honesty. I received the worst gel manicure ever here and went back twice (lost 3 natural nails to breakage) before they corrected the issues. I will say now my nails are gorgeous but shouldn’t have taken 3 tries to get there."
"The manicure was fine. Not great, not horrible. My problem is, when it was time to pay, she asked how much I wanted tip and I stated "x dollars please" to which she responded angrily "That's not 20%!" I think that behavior is rude and unprofessional. I didn't want to tip 20% because the work was not that great. If you want great tips then do great work. So unacceptable to try and bully customers like that."
"DO NOT GET WAXED HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A SECOND DEGREE BURN. Im new to the neighborhood and I came here for the first time to get my eye brows done. She went over some areas more then once with hot wax. Right when she finished my skin felt really hot and stinging. She put on some sort of lotion right after with out even asking me and it burned even more. My skin is still bright red, swollen and shiny. It’s very painful to the touch and it’s already been many hours later. I wish I never paid. Hoping it doesn’t leave a scar."
"Came in on a whim, short wait and I asked for more services during the appointment and I was accommodated. I went in on 8/23 for a pedi + gel mani and to this day on 9/22, I do not have one chip on my hands and only one chip on my toenail. The gel on my hands hasn’t even lifted after 4 weeks. It’s nice inside, clean, lovely staff. This is now my LIC go to nail salon. Can’t wait to come back!"
"I always have a hit or miss experience here. I went in earlier this week for a gel manicure and specifically asked them not to cut my cuticles - this was the end result. While sometimes I have great experiences, it’s just too inconsistent to go back."
