"Due to a recent experience I will no longer keep going to them. I was a loyal customer for 6 years, I told them I wanted a gel french manicure and unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. I told the lady numerous times there were bubbles and she kept saying it was okay, when it really wasn’t. If she found it difficult she should have let me know I would not have done that color. But that wasn’t all…after paying for my service I was going to tip in cash and that’s when it became bad. She said they do not take tips in cash it will have to be added to the card, I found it odd since I have tipped before in cash and the sign clearly says tips are greatly appreciated in cash. But since I did not see it as a big deal I told her okay, just add $10 for tip, unfortunately that did not seem okay for her she said tip can only be a minimum of $15 and up which I found very disrespectful and taking advantage of since tips should be up to the client. I ended up paying so much more for a service that was terrible. Please be aware they really do scam you for tips, it seems I was not the only person this was done too. Avoid this place at all cost!"

"I have been going here for a few months and the staff here are amazing! I usually get a powder gel or gel manicure. If I need them fixed because they chipped (within a week of getting them done) they never hesitate to do so! Highly recommend them!"

"First time going to a nail salon and so far I had a positive experience. The staff worked professionally, I felt relaxed as they were cutting my nails, filing them, and trimmed away the skin at the inner edges of my nails. It was very nice feeling and I would come back again in the future."

"The first time I went here, I really liked the manicure that I got so I came back to get a gel manicure and pedicure, but I was really disappointed this time. The nail tech cut my cuticles so badly that 4 of my fingers were bleeding, and she did a very poor job with the paint, she got a lot on my fingers outside of my nails and didn’t even try to clean it up. And the gel paint on both my toes and hands started to chip after 4 says, which is seriously terrible for gel polish. I paid $90 but was definitely not worth it…"

"i got a pedicure. my technician was very sweet - i did drop my phone on my foot and she redid a few of my toes which i did greatly appreciate. it really hurt the way she pushed my cuticles back though and ended up making my big toe bleed. she didn’t scrub / exfoliate my feet as much i had hoped either. overall it came out looking ok though! the other big bummer was that the massage chair wasn’t fully working and the head pillow had tears so it kept catching my hair."
