"Randomly popped in a few months ago for a spa pedicure. The staff and owner were so welcoming and friendly. The pedicure was of really great quality at a fair price. The technicians take a lot of pride in their work. I have gone back a few times since. Definitely recommend!"

"This was such a refreshing experience! I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure for $73 total. The salon is beautiful and everything feels very clean. The manicurists were so sweet and it was just overall a really great environment. Carmen was my manicurist and I can’t wait to come back in 2 weeks!"

"Unprofessional, poor nail paint job, square nails. I came in for a powder manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure came out fine except the large scrape on the side of my foot because it was scrubbed too hard. I was not informed that nail color choices for gel and especially for color powder is extremely limited so my toes and nails didn’t match but this was not revealed until my toes were pained and were already being dipped in powder. The size of my nails came out different from each other with one thumb nail standing out; basically a perfect square. Don’t let the fact that I said “perfect” fool you. No nail is a four cornered flat square. When I told the nail technician to make them thinner because she did 2 layers of white power she said she really couldn’t because they could break. Break? A car could run over my nails and they wouldn’t break. The nail technician also left me 3 times to talk on the phone, and before starting with me came out of a backroom to go around the salon showing off her newly done eyelashes to the other employees. She also started another client’s pedicure while she was still with me. Finally, I sadly did not see this until I got home but the gel paint didn’t even cover the edges of the nail. So you can see the thick powder. The gel paint 2 days later is already receding showing more and more of the thick white powder. One week later a nail was chipped and 3 nails polish was completely peeled off. Not worth the $84 I sadly spent. Not worth any amount of money. Maybe it’s my fault, I should have said something, I should have corrected the shape, asked to color the edges, but somethings you don’t even process until it’s already too late. Sometimes you just know it’s just a bad job and can’t put all the pieces together until after it’s done. The owner is a nice and friendly person but the business lacks quality and professionalism."

"This is by far my favorite salon in all of New York! They are very friendly and professional, they provide so many different services. I get my nails done here exclusively now and will for the foreseeable future! Absolutely recommend 10/10."

"I've been here a couple times and the staff are great. I took my nieces (12&10) for their birthday this past weekend. The eldest wanted a french manicure with a colored tip, and the youngest wanted us to get matching neutral nails with a glitter accent. The owner did my older niece's nails, and helped both of them pick out their colors. The 12 was through the roof that everyone was talking to her like a grown up. They both had a blast. Great experience!"
