"Came in today after class for a powder gel manicure. My manicurist Lily, was so nice and attentive. I had tips with powder gel from a previous place, and needed them removed because of my new job. Lily was really gentle, nice, and recommended I don’t get tips anymore. She is so right! Every time I get tips my nails get super weak, and brittle. Thank you again Lily for being so kind, I will definitely be back!"

"The do a good job with waxing for a fair price..35. They do double dip though so if that concerns you I’d head to European Wax Center but ofc that will be more expensive ( I think 54). I wouldn’t recommend SNS at this place. When I went they couldn’t get the top coat right so the lady had to put a gel top coat which peels off and looks bad within a week. (Pictures are from 6 days later, for reference) Maybe they’re ok for a gel manicure but then again most places are good at gel."

"Fair just Fair. Every time I’ve come here they do a fair job, nothing special but not bad enough to never return. I do like that their services look very sanitary, I just wish the workers looked happier and paid more attention to detail (example: shape I asked for and making sure all the nails are even.) Do recommend, if you’re looking for a place in the area."

"Been going to Jade Fountain for about 4 years. I'm typically very pleased with their services and how my nails turn out following mani/pedis. On occasion, a new technician might be a little rough or inexperienced but over time Jade Fountain does a nice job training them up to standards. The facility is clean and they keep up with the times by offering new services as they become available. I can see how a newcomer might feel unwelcome -- that is, more smiles and a consistent welcoming attitude from the staff would be nice but once you get to know everyone there, they are very friendly and accommodating."

"I agree with the other customer, L.R. Will not come back here if this was the last nail salon around the area. The manager/Owner is so defensive and moody. She can't take criticism when people comment that we aren't satisfy with her business and calls everyone a troublemaker or liar. SMH Bottom line is that there might be 1 or 2 nail technicians that are good but the rest are just bad. With this owner's personality I wouldn't be surprise if there's a high turnover rate. Unless I get paid really well I would not work for her. Maybe, that's why I got a amateur to do my nails. The girl seems fairly new since she didn't even know how to turn on the massage chair. Pedicures and Manicures quality are from okay to poor. If you are a new customer it is a roll of dices to see who you get. I got a bad one. Good Luck to you if you decide to come here."
