"the worst service I have ever received, I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they did something else, I told them I wanted them to take it off and they didn't, which was fair if I didn't like it and they didn't do the same, and my feet painting was fatal, pure nonsense, the one who fixed me her name is Lily, but the owner had no intention of helping me either"
"I used to pass by this place all the time when I would be on my way back home from work. It was always packed everyday which meant the service was great. I came here a few weeks ago, wanted to try something new and decided to do gel acrylic nails. I had a design in mind already, I wanted a smoke effect on my nails. The place is spacious, is super clean and the guy who does the nails, speaks fluent Mandarin so there's a lady, the owner of the place, who speaks both English and Mandarin and she's the one you would go to first so it can be explained to him what type of style do you want. The whole process was very interesting for me since it was my first time trying acrylic nails, but overall he is very good at his job. The design came out exactly how I wanted it to come out. I payed $80 dollars which for some people seems like a lot but it's worth it because even now while I'm writing this review, I still have the nails on and they still look fresh! They do only accept credit cards, no debit, there's an ATM to take out cash if needed. And they also accept Zelle. I'm definitely coming back to try more of their services!!"
"Today I came for a medi and pedi I asked for gel for my nails and my feet would be regular polish the total was 58 but because I wanted to use different colors I was charged $63. For a person who doesn’t need acrylic the price is on the higher side for just polish and to not even have the colors I asked for. At the end of my service she ways me pull $100 and asked for a tip obviously If I didn’t give it there was no reason to ask. I don’t get shamed In front of people I’m the person paying 63 for polish it felt very greedy to me. Not a great first Impression for my first visit."
"I've been coming here three times for acrylic nails. Everytime I come is a new person that does my nails and new sets until this date I haven't had someone that I can say it made an excellent job and pleased with my nails. First time I went the nails were to bumpy and didn't last long. Second time another person it was also bumpy and gel polish that same afternoon chips. Third time today I had a guy that was rushing and mostly on his phone. I told him I wanted coffin shape on my nails. I disliked the shape he made it too narrow that mostly looks pointy but other then that he have been the only person that didn't make a mess on the nails I only didn't like the shape. Their prices are too high for the job they do, always rushing, their gel polish are cheap and don't last long their work in general are not professional. I've been giving them a new opportunity but I won't spend my money like that here anymore!"
"Initial visit: Was here in the summer and got a jelly pedicure a great deal and was an amazing experience. The nail tech was thorough and did a very great job. The pedicure chairs are the best, the massages are so relaxing. The tech also gave us mini shoulder massages as we waited for our nails to dry. She was very sweet. Recent visit (on a Thursday evening): Got another jelly pedicure which was not as complete as the initial one. My nail tech was nice but skipped over a few steps. This was apparent as the person next to me was getting the same thing done and I saw what was missing in my service. I also got french tips done on my hands and feet (an additional $20) which looked good when I left the shop. While the design on my feet held up, my hands started chipping the next day and the design did not make it through the weekend. I needed it done for a wedding and most of the nails were chipped by Saturday. I would recommend the pedicure services because they come with the massage chair and last long but the manicure longevity was not the best in my experience."
