"The quality of their services have gone down tremendously. Also, the actual salon and tools itself are disgusting, I truly believe they don’t clean their tools as I’ve seen them go from customer to customer with the same tray of tools. I always ask them to use disposable tools though and maybe you should too if you decide to come here. I stopped going after Sarah left and thankfully I was able to find her own salon at 101-20 liberty Ave, Queens NY 11417. I love her !!!"

"This is the worst nail Salon I’ve been in my entire life! The first woman at the entrance is soo freaking rude… she left my acrylic my nails way too thick. Never coming here again. Save your time and money and never come here please!"

"First time coming here and it was great! I think I finally found a good nail spot in the area. They are reasonably priced and give awesome service. I never had some one pay so much attention to my feet before and I got a back massage from the nail tech while my feet where drying. She definitely earned her tip, always tip!"

"I got my nails done around 7 PM on tuesday 5/16 PM. I’m writing this review on Saturday. This entire experience was bad from the start; my wait was over an hour. I got a gel nail manicure and pedicure that cost $67 in total. Not only did my nails chip after THREE days, but my toes have chipped as well. This is unacceptable, I have had gel nails that have lasted for 4 weeks before!! I also took care of my nails. I am never coming here again and I don’t recommend you do either, not only will you be rushed but you will pay $70 for nails that chip after three days."
