"I love love loved Carmella! She was so sweet and professional. I gave her my hands and said do what you want and it came out perfect!! I am obsessed with my nails and I love how they came out. My cuticles look super clean and the gel looks perfect. I will be coming back!"

"I went to get my nails done and Carmela was extremely unprofessional and super passive aggressive. I asked her to turn on the air conditioner because it was steaming hot inside and she became super sarcastic and rude. She refused to turn the AC on and told me that she needed to call “someone “ to ask if she can turn it on, she kept making super rude comments and told another customer that I was complaining and that customers shouldn’t be so demanding to ask for AC. This lady is also rude and passive aggressive to her coworkers. I was also disappointed to pay for expensive gel manicure that didn’t last more than 3 days but I didn’t go back because I knew that she would give me a hard time. I miss the old owner because she was so sweet and so fair. Sunnyside is a friendly community and I hope this business stops mistreating their customers."

The surface of my nails became thin and uneven. You get what you paid, or you need to be lucky to get fair outcome."
