"It's not much of an assisted facility when the staff demands things of the people living there and you share an apartment with another person. When staff walks in and sees a mess they make people clean it even if it was their roommate who made the mess. They are constantly in and out of the apartments and making people leave to get out of the facility and interact with the community. When you have a severe mental Illness you shouldn't be making them do anything because it can cause them to stress and have a break down. Especially if they have social issues and anxiety. It's one way to ask and suggest cleaning, but to demand and make you clean something without knowing who made the mess is not right. The people are talked down upon and taking advantage of just because they have a mental disability."

"I wouldn't recommend this facility to my worst enemy. They were very negligent in the treatment of my father. He had a terrible time trying to get his medication on time and the correct quantity that was prescribed by his physician. The nurses took it upon themselves to give him his medications as they saw fit. As a matter of fact, my father passed away in the facility,and it may have occurred because of this negligence."
