"I will have lived here 3 years at the end of the month. I really like my apartment, but in the last 2 years this place has changed. I've noticed that since Covid hit, the company has become understaffed. They hired a new young lady to work in the office who clearly is overwhelmed and not trained for her position. My Granddaughter still doesn't know what her rent is for January, and I was supposed to finish my recertification this month, but still has not taken place. I'm on social security and trying to help my granddaughter by feeding her because her new job is not giving her hours. She is barely surviving , and can't get help from Snap or heap until they let her know what her rent is. You can never reach anyone on the phone because it's always full of messages.Not sure what else I can do to help her. VERY FRUSTRATED GRANDMA."

"I love it here. The managers are super friendly. The maintenance man is super cool. The property is very well taken care of. All new windows, appliances...lots of parking, friendly neighbors. It's just perfect for our little family."

"This place was awful. I was there for ten years when they decided to end the lease. There was constant mold in the bathroom, office staff was never in the office and are very rude! Was thrilled to have moved when we did. DO NOT RENT from this place!"
