"Terrible business, overcharged me, told them I no longer wanted their products and took them over a month to pick up their overpriced junk from my house, had to tell them I was throwing it outside to get them to pick it up!! You can tell the quit business by the shear quickness of overturning employees. They can hardly keep one for two weeks!! Place is a joke!! Use ANY OTHER METHOD TO GET FURNITURE OR ELECTRONICS!!!You have been warned"

"I have been doing business with this location for awhile and have had so many personal things happen. I am normally ok talking to them and asking for help and explaining myself. But this morning when I called I spoke to Naomi and she was stressed and when I was asking questions as to what was needed she got upset and was snappy. I will return my item and NEVER do business with them again. When I went to return the item I put it on the counter and walked away and then Naomi proceeded to be rude as I left. Noone should give them business anymore. I would LOVE for the regional manager to call me."

"I feel like the customer service could improve. I have some time and years into the field of sales. Between rent to own as an account manager, Carl's Furniture as an assistant manager and Massey's has a sales associate for about 5 years. I walked into Rent-A-Center to inquire about a job and before you say anything I am aware that there's going to be an online process however I figure since I next door at the dollar store why not stop in and inquire if there is a position available that I might apply for online. I feel like I was treated differently than I should have been because I wasn't looking to spend money with them today. I felt like I was a big waste of her time because I wasn't looking to spend money there today. The gentleman that was there however held a professional manner which I give you a 8.5 for. The young lady however should definitely improve in the customer service area which ultimately would improve her numbers so if you would ever want my advice that would be it. I am confident that I could do that job that you hold and I could do it much better and I will still apply for a position so look for that resume..."
