"It was the evening before July 4th, and Israel from CIC Carpet Cleaning was one of the few to actually answer the phone, come right over, with huge truck mount and all the high tech machinery to get the job done right! Our office carpet hadn't been cleaned in more than a year, and we had massive stains from a flood / sewer backup, soda spills, heavy traffic areas, etc. Not an issue as CIC was up to the task doing a very friendly and THOROUGH job, getting into all the nooks and crannies. Plus they even did our non-carpet front area with caked up dirt and mold. Don't go for the cheapest quote, go for the company that gets the job done, professionally and when you need them!"
