"I wish I could rate NO stars. I bought 30 boxes of flooring, had them come out and measure to install. Only for them to tell me they can’t install it because the product is discontinued and they can’t “warranty it”. I told them I don’t care about a warranty I just need it installed. They said they couldn’t, but they could sell it to me? I paid cash and they said they had no records of me buying flooring there, funny because I have 30 boxes of their flooring… I don’t know who is going to install my flooring but I’ll never go there again. Beware of buying products from them and expecting to get decent service."
