"The man behind the desk went way out of his way to accommodate us in the circumstance we found ourselves in. There was only so much that he could do and he worked with us to make it work. And it did! He didn't have to do anything but he made it work for us. Thank you to him. I would recommend this Super8 motel just because of him and his willingness to make our accommodations work ."
"Checked in early so our things not baking in our sun exposed car. Immediately we noticed water spraying from under the bathroom sink. Even though the parking lot was empty, and it was just the beginning of their allowable check in time, we were told there was no other room available. I said, some people do not check in until later in the day, and you can have a plumber fix the problem before they arrive, but told no. While researching alternative hotels, a gentleman arrived and said he could fix it and would be right back. After half an hour he had not yet come back, so we took all our things back down the stairs (as there is no elevator) and went back to our family. Including travel time we lost over 2 hours with our grandchildren for nothing."
"Hotel does not have elevator but it has three floors, Carpets ripped in hallway on stairwell trip hazard, Drawers in the room for the dresser are all messed up, carpet on stairs in hallway ripped trip Hazzard."
