"This IS the best place in the Watertown/Ft. Drum area. This place is immaculately clean every single time I've gone. There are vending machines for both snacks and laundry supplies. And there is a small lounge area with super cozy chairs as well as a table and chairs. There's is also a TV, coin machines and an ATM on site. Also the coin machines dispenses dollar coins as well as quarters so you're not there putting in quarters forever if you you use a larrge capacity washer.. They have small washers and super large capacity washers and every size in between. I've never had to wait for as machine as they are several. Good vibes all around.. Highly recommend!"

"When I say I hate doing laundry I mean I hate doing laundry. However, a weekly trip to Laundry24 in Evans Mills has quickly become routine for my boyfriend and I. I’m from Canada and bring my laundry down here with me when I visit because Laundry24 quite simply is in its own class and cannot even compare to laundromats back home. Not only are the wash cycles only 22 minutes which means less wait time for an equally good wash compared to other places with 45min+ washes but the machines and facility are always spotless. The building is always bright and airy and you never feel cramped or crowded even when it’s a bit busier and washrooms are always clean and stocked in my experience. With an atm on site, change machine and laundry services if you really hate laundry I genuinely don’t think I’d do laundry anywhere else even if it means hauling my dirty laundry across the border. Staff are also always helpful and very friendly and never not cleaning or keeping busy. Thanks Bryan and team!"

"I have visited many laundromats in my 58 years and this one is actually a pleasure to visit. Cleaner than I could ever imagine a laundromat to be. Comfy chairs. The attendant, Katie, was professional, friendly and helpful. Quality young lady for sure. The only thing that I would change is there is no place to hang a jacket in the rest room. I would recommend this place to anyone Very fair prices and various machine sizes. A real time saver. We used it for something that would have taken all day at home."

"There is an App!!! It let's you pay, monitor your time, alerts you when your laundry is done.... seriously do I need to say more? Spotless, FREE Wi-Fi, actual bottles of detergents in a vending machine.... The owner is all about customer service, he cares and it shows. Plus a 24h gym that you have to see! "Ok so I'd never been to a laundromat before and in my head they were super sketch where you would worry someone would steal your stuff. This place is not that at all. Its actually kinda awesome lol. My washer broke and of course a new one being on back order I had to wash clothes for the week without one and I decided to try this place out. They use an app and you can pay right from the app. Not only that but if you leave, the app sends you a message when your clothes are close to being finished! If you stay, the whole place is super clean, has an area to lounge and watch TV and if you bring kids they have a place to sit and eat or hang out. If you don't want to do that you can even go down the hall and work out while you wait! 2 thumbs way up and if I ever have a time where I'm out a washing machine again I would absolutely go back. It made me kinda excited to do laundry lol"
