"I had an amazing stay here back in October when I visited New York City with my father. Really big and cozy room, free tea, coffee and water everyday and the most welcoming and nice staff! The best thing was being located right in Times Square and next to everything, you were close to everything important! I will surely come back!"
"Great location if you want to be near the theaters! It was close to times square but far enough away that you didn't hear the noise - save for the occasional car horns (it's New York what do you expect). The room was suitable for our needs, the staff was extremely friendly and held our luggage when we checked out. The walls were a little thin and you could hear neighbors if they were a little loud, but that didn't bother us too much. The bathroom was surprisingly big and had all the necessary amenities. There was a big closet with a minifridge and kettle and storage under the bed. I would recommend this place if you are wanting to be in the heart of times square but away from the noise."
"We stayed at this hotel for a week and were very satisfied. The staff was consistently friendly and committed. Our luggage got lost, and we were immediately offered toothbrushes and a comb so that we could freshen up at least a bit. Our safe didn't work, but someone was promptly sent to fix it. The room was on the top floor and had the perfect size for the two of us. We could partially see the Times Square from the window. The blanket situation was a bit unusual, as it wasn't a direct cover but two cloths where the blanket lay loosely between. It didn't bother us; the bed was super comfortable and was made daily by the cleaning lady. Everyone on the floor was quiet; we never felt disturbed. Despite having a street-facing room, we didn't experience much noise. The only small thing I would complain about is that, especially in the evening, cold air came through the windows if the curtain wasn't properly closed. However, the curtain kept the cold from entering the room. The air conditioning worked wonderfully. We could heat the room nicely. Thank you for the great stay, we would come back anytime."
"We stayed in a triple room (901) over Thanksgiving weekend. The highlight of our stay was Nathan at the front desk, what a super nice guy!! While the room didn't really match the description on the website (it definitely wasn't as big as promised, did not have a desk, but did have a small round table with a single bench style seat), we were good with it because it had a king bed under the wall-mount bed, not the advertised queen. They provide instant coffee and tea with an electric kettle and a dorm refrigerator with bottled water. Elevators are fast and rooms are very quiet, no audible street noise despite being so close to the action. Beds were comfortable and showers were hot with good pressure. Bath towels were fluffy and huge! There is a Starbucks across the street, which is usually packed, but order online and show up to pick up. Connolly's next door was great, we had a late lunch the day of our arrival on the 4th floor rooftop and it was fantastic. Also ate a full Irish breakfast there one morning. Every bite was great. Would recommend this hotel and stay there again."
"We were happy with this hotel. It’s smaller than I expected, little dark, but has comfy bed and very friendly staff who make you feel welcome. There is no pool anymore. Rooms are smaller (NY standard), bathroom quite large. Excellent location, just seconds from Time Square. We loved the bistro just two doors next to the hotel to grab a breakfast in the morning before heading to explore NYC!"
