"Porcelain flooring was poorly laid. The floor was build up using cement. The tiles became wobbly after 1 year. A flooring professional was able to make repair. The pictures and video is proof that no adhesion was used properly on a lot of the tiles causing the wobbly feel. No sealant was used. We are now left with a huge bill to repair what should’ve been done. We made several calls and the manager did not keep his word to have someone come out to assessment the floor. Expensive lesson learned."
