Dave in plumbing was awesome and sold me on over $200 worth of items… unfortunately when I got to the register to pay… NO APPLE PAY??? Left it all there and had to leave without what I desperately needed… I’ll NEVER return… what a joke… VALUE HOME CENTER HERE I COME!!"

"Trash customer service, through and through. I purchased a snowblower on 09DEC23. If you recall, first big snowstorm wasn't until mid-January, so even after testing it for a bit in mid-December and changing out oil, it did not get its first serious action until after 30 days. Snowblower ended up breaking due to improper assembly by Toro. Apparently this has been a common issue with this brand for awhile now. Part was backordered until March, so the servicer recommended I return it to Home Depot. HOME DEPOT REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK. They stated that they had a 30 day return policy, regardless of the fact that it never seriously snowed until after that point. None of their managers even had the courage to tell me this to my face. I am not sure what your expectation is. Should I have just run the thing for 5 straight hours the first day I received it? My bad, must have missed that in the fine print. Don't buy large products from this Home Depot, and for sure do not buy Toro brand equipment."

"Never anybody around when needed, highly frustrating to someone who has very bad feet and end up suffering for hours after trying to find things myself! Don't like going there at all. At least Lowes is ready to help even as you enter their store."

"Store was organized and clean. But most importantly, especially in this day and age, there were employees to help AND each one was very helpful and polite. The only reason I gave a 4 is: I special ordered a product and they failed to tell me you cant go to self checkout to pay for. You really need to fix this at both ends of sale."
