"I made an inspection appointment with these guys online, while I was at another inspection with a really long wait, so I cancelled the long waited inspection and left to wait for my 11am inspection with Pepboys. 15 minutes later after I cancel my appointment with the first inspection, Pepboys calls me and cancels my inspection with them as well, and says ” our online website shouldn’t have let you make an appointment we are booked for a week out”. I said dude you completely are screwing me over right now, and he has nothing good to say except “there’s nothing I can do” (doesn’t even apologize). Either take down or update your site, or stop lying. Thanks for screwing me over and ruining my day. Terrible customer service."
"After seeing Pep boys listing cyber Monday deals ONLINE and also advertising their credit card on their website, I decided to open a card. After opening the card I ran into issues making my purchase. I called pep boys in west seneca and spoke to a rude and dismissive man, who now tells me I can't make my tire purchase online. Nowhere did their website say this. Had I known, I would have never opened a pep boys cc! I will be filing complaints on pep boys!"
"I brought my wife's car in for an inspection. They were great about helping get it done and informing me of the tires that we should get new ones before winter. However when I went to pick it up they also did an unscheduled oil change which I was not prepared to pay for. Im not sure why they did the oil change and charged me but now I'm struggling for the next 2 weeks because of this."
