"I was in the middle of a road trip from Massachusetts to Colorado when my battery light came on. I stopped at Advance Auto and had them test my alternator, which was bad. Because it was 9pm, all auto shops were closed. Luckily, I was just outside Buffalo NY so I spent the rest of the night researching shops in the area, and decided to call Falkner’s in the morning. These guys were great. I called as soon as they opened and they got me right in and changed my alternator. It took longer than expected due to some stuck bolts but they finished the job in the same day and even gave me a discount on the labor and the extra time it took to get the bolts off. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and if I am ever stuck in Buffalo again (hopefully not) I will return to them."

"Great work, attention to detail. I needed a heater core replaced which required the entire dashboard to be removed. I spoke to several shops before choosing Falkners and I chose them because Mark understood the complexity of the job. They completed the job and everyone of the 1000 screws, fasteners, clips, covers, wires, and brackets were installed properly. No rattles and works perfectly!"
